At Dhruvees we strive to offer great quality and personalised service with each and every order that we receive. We do not compromise when it comes to the quality of our products and serve each and every customer to the best of our abilities.
Our policy is to deliver our customers a great tasting product within 40 – 60 minutes of the time the order was placed. Pick up times are 20 – 30 minutes. We do not time guarantee delivery times due to safety concerns for our drivers and the people in the communities we serve. If for some reason we are not at your door or lobby within the quoted delivery time – rest assured we are on the way.

Not satisfied with the quality of your order, missing items, or incorrect items delivered to your home. Please contact our team at: (613) 425 3032 to resolve the issue with your order.
Issues involving core menu items such as Biryani’s and Kebabs, Dhruvees will gladly replace the product.
Incorrect or un-satisfactory product must be returned to the driver so that we may avoid issues of food safety and to verify that all issues and claims are true and valid.
Issues involving supplementary food items such as dipping sauces, beverages or condiments – a credit will be issued for the value of the product on a future order.
Dhruvees reserves the right to determine the validity of all claims made in regards to order satisfaction and order correctness. To avoid abuse of customer service guidelines we ask that issues and complaints be received within 24 hours of order placement so that we may accurately assess and correct issues.
Credits may be redeemed on future orders on the Dhruvees website or at our Studio Kitchen Location. Credits are not to be used on the order involving the credit issuing. Credits may not be converted to cash. All credits are time sensitive and must be redeemed within 365 days of issue date or credits will become invalid. Credit that has expired will not be re-issued for further compensation.
Dhruvees will charge for delivery orders. Please note that the delivery charge is not paid to drivers and is not considered a tip. Delivery charge helps us to continue to hire quality candidates locally by having a competitive wage structure and to offset rising ingredient, labour, and energy cost.
Dhruvees is proud to offer our customers a locally sourced (Ottawa manufactured) Gluten Free/ Vegan certified bread option. As we are happy to offer this option, we would like to inform customers that Dhruvees Kitchen location is not Gluten Free and we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is 100% cross-contamination free. Our Gluten Free/Vegan bread product is prepared separately from all other products, on a freshly sanitized surface with dedicated bread trays, cutters, and prep tools. Tools and trays used for preparation are stored in an airtight container before and after each order. The Dhruvees kitchen has sanitary guidelines and information kits relating to the proper handling of gluten products, and a celiac disease information kit.
ALLERGENS: The bread is prepared in a facility that uses eggs, sesame seeds and tree nuts. Product is produced in a facility that produces peanut products.
INGREDIENTS: Water, Tapioca Starch, Brown Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil, salt, Instant Yeast.

Dhruvees reserves the right to increase or decrease pricing based on changing market influences such as food, manufacturing, transportation, fuel, and labour cost.
